Locally Sourced Ingredients. Pancake Café is a family-owned business established in 1998 in Middleton, WI. We currently have 5 locations in the Wisconsin and Illinois area.

We take pride in offering top-notch customer service and homemade entrees. We fresh squeeze our Orange Juice daily, and slow-roast our corn beef for our award-winning Corn Beef Hash. Our Bacon is hand-cut and locally sourced from Jones Farm. Our Pancake batter is made daily with fresh strawberries, blueberries, and bananas. Never frozen. Our family wants to thank your family for spending mornings, and special occasions, and for your constant support of the Pancake Cafe.
