Pancake Café began in 1998 in Middleton, Wisconsin with a simple idea serve breakfast that feels warm, welcoming, and homemade. As a family-owned restaurant, our goal has always been to create a place where guests can start their day with comfort and great food. Over the years, that passion helped us grow to four locations across Wisconsin and Illinois. Even as we’ve grown, our family values and commitment to quality remain the same.

Our bacon is hand-cut and sourced from Jones Farm, and our pancake batter is prepared daily using fresh fruit. Nothing is frozen, ensuring every meal tastes fresh and full of flavor.
